Mark Vanderloo (born April 24, 1968, Waddinxveen ) is a Dutch model. He previously dated model Carolyn Murphy and married model Esther Cañadas. However, they have since divorced. He is currently dating Dutch actress and model Robine van der Meer. Vanderloo now has homes in Amsterdam, New York, and Paris, France. At age 22, he entered the University of Amsterdam to study history. Accompanying a model girlfriend one day to a photo-shoot, he found himself modeling for the very first time., He has been Hugo Boss' main man for three years in their stylist black&white print ads and billboards. Has also worked for Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Armani, Valentino, Trussardi and Guess., He is signed to Wilhelmina Models in New York City. His likeness is currently being used as the default model for Commander Shepard in the video game Mass Effect for the Xbox 360 and PC.
